This photo was taken not far from Tenterfield in New South Wales, Australia. It shows a ‘cave’ formed by several boulders laying next to each other. This cave was used as a hideout and lookout by a bushranger known as Captain Thunderbolt (Frederick Ward) many years ago. It is just one of many such places around New South Wales used by this bushranger. The hideout is located not far from Tenterfield and Bald Rock National Park.
